Short version: we collect what we need to deliver and pick up your totes, and we don't sell your information — ever.
When you make a reservation, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, move dates, and any notes you give us (gate codes, stairs, that kind of thing). That's it — we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to schedule your delivery and pickup.
Your information is used to confirm your reservation, coordinate delivery and pickup, and follow up if there's a scheduling question or payment to finalize. Once online payment is live, basic billing details will be handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we don't store card numbers ourselves.
We don't sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason. We don't share it with third parties for marketing. The only outside sharing that happens is what's required to run the business itself — for example, a payment processor to handle billing, or if we're ever required to by law.
If you want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted after your rental is complete, just email us and we'll take care of it.
